Reception staff are great but this was my second experience with Dr Marco Fadi and I should have learnt from my first experience. My first experience was a 30 test was for cognitive decline that I think an 8 year old could have passed. Also what I didn’t realise at the time, as this was for a second opinion, my GP had sent me to the same company at a different location, so he already had the results from the first opinion. Dr Carney had no curiosity or interest about addressing my concerns and gave me the "same old" with tests that we all knew the answers to already - a waste of time
I’m very happy with Neurology Network. The reception staff are kind and they communicate well. My doctor is great and has helped me so much.
Our appt with Dr. Branko Borojevic today was an excellent experience. The reception ladies were pleasant, polite and efficient. DR. Branko was very empathetic with my husbands issue and he was extremely thorough and listened attentively and worked out a number of strategies to help him. We couldn't be more happier with our consultation and the way we were treated. We highly recommend Dr. Branko Borojevic and Neurology Network, Melbourne.
Dr Marco was absolutely terrible. His license should be revoked. He failed completely with his duty of care and was an absolute waste of time and money. My fiancée came in for a discussion about EEG results. Upon arrival, we realised he didn’t even have the results. What did they reach out to us for then?
