I got there on time with no problems. My appointment was for 08.30. I arrived at 08.15 and then my Dr walked in at 08.40. Imagine if I was 10 minutes late. The staff were really professional though and easy to deal with.
I am not a neurologist or a medical specialist, so my opinion is probably coloured by the ignorance of being a layman. However these are the following facts based on my experience: * I am a patient of Abbott's. * I can suggest that Dr. Abbott is very very thorough, and leaves no stone unturned. Likely, if that is how patient care is handled, I could probably infer that her expertise is probably thorough, diligent and honest -- a gem of a rarity in medical practice, in Victoria at least. My partner sees A/Prof Anne Abbott, she is nothing short of brilliant. We sought Anne out for a second opinion following a stroke and we cannot speak highly enough of her approach, her thoroughness, her knowledge. She really is one in a million and I feel blessed my partner is now under her care. The staff at her rooms are also lovely.
