I have seen two doctors in this group. The doctors are dismissive and rude. Results are never interpreted in a timely manner (waiting over 2 months for results to be uploaded to my account) and appointments are frequently canceled with no notice. I always feel like I have to argue to get what I need. I was supposed to be switched to a new provider this summer but the practice never followed through. Please do not waste your time. Seek treatment at another group.
I saw Dr. Patel for a follow-up visit where he recommended sending me to another facility for treatment. I felt very comfortable with him and his assessment. However, I have left various unanswered messages inquiring if a referral had been done or what the status is. Three messages to support staff never received a response. It's been two months since my visit.
I was treated by Dr. Gregory Taylor as a patient on the 5th floor. Dr. Taylor is knowledgeable, caring and compassionate.
