The Dr. is nice enough. More polite and considerate than most. However, I think that sometimes my feedback and description of symptoms were dismissed and/or misunderstood. Additionally, my family history wasn't really taken into account. None of the treatment plans have actually helped and, for most of the treatments, the side effects were more significant than any benefit. Check in for my appointment was easy and quick. My nurse was friendly and thorough during intake. Dr. Lee listened to my health issues, new and old and also with PA Aurora I had a great experience. With each we discussed new treatments available and both pros and cons of these options. Overall a great experience
I got an appointment within a reasonable amount of time and I was checked in and got to see my Doctor on time. The staff was very efficient and professional
