Quality of patient care has drastically declined & become impersonal over the last several years. PA pretends to listen but misses important details, and pushes expensive tests and ineffective new meds. Passed along an inaccurate MRI read (said I had a disc in my neck that was removed thru fusion surgery) without bothering to cross-check their records. ("Oh, are you sure you had fusion?" Yes.
