I couldn't even make an appointment. The lady answering the phone sounded like she didn't want to be bothered. She constantly kept putting me on hold, and when she finally decided to ask me why I needed an appointment she didn't even know what I was talking about and got irritated when I tried to explain my issue and who referred me. This place needs to hire people with customer service, not someone who doesn't even want to do her job correctly.

Staff were wonderful, especially the doctor. Place is very clean. My experience was a very pleasant one.
