We saw neurology for the first time and the staff was great, and an MRI was ordered. We were very clear that some aneurysm clips were previously installed and they were very clear that they knew to contact the organization that did those. They said several times they had all the information that they would need to do so. With many symptoms of a stroke, we stressed the urgency. If you want to see an actual Dr. beware, you will probably see a nurse and they even introduce themselves as Dr. xxx. It wasn't until the receipt you will see you actually saw a nurse that even the receptionist says Dr ...the nurse even introduced himself as Dr!!! Seems like fraud.
