I loved this clinic until I realized how little care they have for their patients. Dr. Sonone is absolutely incredible and really helped when no other doctor could. My issue is with whoever owns this clinic. Dr. Sonone sent me to The Neurology Clinic Sleep Center that was part of this clinic.....after finding out my sleep issues and being treated, The Neurology Clinic admins decided to shut the Sleep center down and the DME with a week notice. They have a waiting room because you will be waiting, without a water fountain or drink machine. Bring your Bible because you will have time to read most of it while you're waiting.
Today I saw NP Laura Porch— what a gem!! I was nervous seeing another provider because I was an established patient at another faculty for 8 years, but my insurance changed. When I saw Mrs. Porch all of my anxieties were diminished. She was very thorough and kind. She was relatable able knowledgeable about my rare genetic disorder. I can’t say enough good things about her! I’m excited to work with her to get these migraines under control! Cannot recommend enough!!
My daughter was messaging this place for over 10 days trying to get some help with an extreme painful exacerbation of her condition and no one at this office would get a nurse or a doctor to call her back. This is the most pitiful excuse I have ever seen of a neurologist office. I would never take a patient there. I myself live in Houston Texas and our doctors here do not treat their patients that way. I have ON and unconfirmed TN, and after being in immense pain and begging for medical attention from the actual dr, Dr. Dryn, the best I could get was the office manager, who I had to call myself. I was on hold with her for 40 minutes before I had to call on a second line for her to actually talk to me. I asked about solutions to ease my suffering (increased dosage) with zero answer. I asked for the Dr to call me and never heard from her. The lack of empathy over the last week is astounding.
