Waited over 3 hours to see doctor and nurses are all eating lunch at the same time at their desks which was unprofessional. Went over to get bloodwork and nurse was walking out saying she would be out in a hour and told us to come back in an hour so she could eat lunch. Already at the place for 3 hours. Whoever is over the front office should do a check in once in a while and make adjustments. The patients should come first not last! Horrible place!!!!!
Dr. Pritchard is amazing. I've been seeing him regularly for a few years for chronic migraines. Typically, I don't wait long to be seen or my appointments and he is courteous and professional.
The only redeeming part of my visit to this place more from the receptionist, Carly. I waited over two hours from my appointment and I was there for a total of three hours. Apparently, this happens quite often. Several patients complained about the wait while I was there. Some docs don’t even show up for an hour after their first appointment.
