I had an appt and the doctor that saw me was Dr. Patel. It was a terrible experience. She lacks listening abilities and asked questions without waiting for me to answer and when I was able to get a few words in, she dismissed my words. She spoke at me loudly instead of to me. I wanted to get up and leave, I wish I had.. In 5 minutes, she had already made her assumptions. 06/09/2026 - Dr. Patel never disappoints when explaining medical issues to my husband who is very hard of hearing and has lots of questions. She is amazing Dr. Patel was extremely knowledgeable and went over every question or concern we had after my husbands stroke. Our community is very fortunate that she sees patients right here in Rock Springs. Her bedside manner was very pleasant as well.
They helped me out with my migraine. And doctor is great.
Dr. Patel is very kind and exhaust all resources to find the problem. I appreciate the work shes doing for me.
