**Warning: Avoid This Office** The front office employees seem very disorganized and tend to gaslight patients. All they needed to do was create a file for me as a new patient, which is standard practice at any doctor's office. It’s not difficult; you enter the information provided by the patient. Earlier this week, I spoke with Sarah about my referral, she patiently and clearly answered all my questions. When our conversation ended, I was relaxed and felt prepared. Later that day, I went to the Kingsley Avenue office where Victoria, the office manager, offered the same welcoming, professional and personable approach I had experienced over the phone with Sarah. Any hesitation I may have had about my future office visit was dispelled. Excellent environment for a potential patient.
