It is extremely difficult to get in touch with someone on the phone whether your calling from a doctors office or you're a patient trying to get in contact with your provider
Dr. Goodwin is absolutely incredible. He took time with us and answered all of our questions after my husband had an unexpected seizure. We never felt rushed and he explained everything very thoroughly. I am very thankful he is our doctor.
Dr. Goodwin treated my grandmother post TIA. He prescribed an inappropriate medication for her medical background which dropped her BP to dangerously low levels. She called requesting to speak with him or his nurse regarding the medication and was not called back for a full week. Once they did return the call and she expressed how upset she was they were rude, demeaning and disrespectful. We will never recommend their team to anyone.
