Receptionist at this office when I cancelled within 24 hours before my apt said I could not be seen in the future. When said it was within 24 hours she said it was extremely rude and got loud and hung up. I called back and requested to speak to the office manager regarding her behavior and she refused statong she would let her know I was unhappy with the services. After 3 years, we finally found a doctor who'd listen to us. Dr. D. hit on my husband's problem immediately and has given us hope of returning to a normal, happy life. Dr. D. and his nurse were kind, caring, understanding and respectful. I wish we'd known about him 3 years ago.
