Dr. Bass does not care about her patients. Don't go here. I've had to try and contact them 8 times and no responses for medicine that is urgently needed but they do not care.

Be sure to read the reviews. They are very accurate in the professionalism or lack that is provided here. Not sure they're really trying to help. Just trying to get on to the next person and check them off the list

Now I understand why this place has such low ratings! My first visit, I was greeted rudely about how I hadn't filled out prior paperwork for my profile. They told me that since I have to fill out those documents, my appointment would be pushed back even longer. When I finally was seen, the doctor gave many possible diagnosis but I would need to spend a thousand dollars out of pocket because for some reason the tests were not insurance covered. If there was a zero, I would give this practice a zero. I think Dr Bass is probably a good neurologist, but good luck getting through either through portal or phone call to her or her staff. No one in this office responds. After 3 months of dealing with the ineptness of this office I went to a different office 80 miles away and it’s worth every second of the trip because the new neurologist and his staff are so on top of things and always respond within 24 hours.
