I've never left a doctor in tears. Dr. Reimer was very rude and said she could not do anything for me as I'd done the damage to myself. Back story, I'd lost my mother, actually found her deceased. Very unexpected. I did mask my grief with alcohol to the extent it was affecting my health. I was open with my PMD about this and when my labs regarding my liver were out of control I stopped using alcohol but it was in my chart so when Dr. Reimer saw me she said she could not help me with my neuropathy pain as I'd done the damage ... read more
Edit to add: Kelly Bates is awesome!!!! I 10/10 recommend her!!! Great bedside manner, listens to her patients and follows through with request!! I’ve been seeing Dr Hamer, he’s very polite and professional but pushy when he wants test done that aren't needed!!!! I also requested for labs to be done every so many months, I feel like he doesn’t listen when I ask to have them done and ask for refills be sent in.

Dr Hamer is thorough, professional And diligent about finding solutions for my dysautonomia I’ve seen doctors in Birmingham, Jacksonville and Orlando Florida, and he is superlative to all in every aspect I am fortunate to have found him. Highly recommend
My experience was great I left with the answers I needed from dr bolstering and the bedside manners was awesome
