Dr. B seems to be great! But the office staff are incapable of communicating well. They can’t seem to handle scheduling simple procedures with the hospital next door. That alone has cost me at least 2 months’ delay in a very simple procedure and very simple blood work. But when you call their office, they blame insurance or the hospital, and when you follow up with insurance and even the hospital, they point back to the neurology offices missing paperwork or failing to communicate.
