i could not recommend this place enough. when no one took me seriously they did, they truly care and will do anything possible to get to the bottom of whats going on.
While the nurse practitioners and doctors are amazing at this clinic, the front desk staff is far from that. They are rude and dismissive when you are on the phone with them. I had a prescription that needed to be filled and they called me because they didn’t know what to do, so instead put that on me to call the company that supplies the medicine. I have no idea what goes into ordering prescriptions and I’m not sure why this was even said to me.
I’ve been a patient at the neurology center for epilepsy and seizures for five years now. The staff is absolutely exceptional all around catering to all of their patients needs. I have finally found a practice that is more focused on a genuine patient/doctor relationship. They take their time with their patients, never rushed, and really focus on personalized solutions to cater to the specific needs for each individual person. I primarily deal with Dr. Heather Black. I just wanted to say thank you to the staff, to Heather, And Dr. Mehta. You guys have been nothing but amazing in treating my wife’s condition. I really believe you saved her life, by listening to her story and validating her health crisis as epilepsy. The 3 day EEG was also super comfortable for her, rather than ones she’s had previously at hospitals which were miserable. Thank you for making her stable and giving her life back.
