I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I just went through. After a full week of back‑and‑forth between my primary care provider and Dr. Amudha Perumal’s office, the referral was finally received. However, instead of moving forward, Dr. Amudha Perumal’s office sent the referral back to my primary simply because I live in Jacksonville, Florida.
