Never go here she falsifies documents says she checks you and doesn't, claims she has seen you when she talks to you on the phone and everything is epilepsy when you never have had it .She literally cuts you off when you are trying to tell her what is going wrong with you. She wants you to take meds that you don't even need. Go anywhere else. Would have chosen a zero star but they require you to leave one. Her cognitive test is to ask you to remember 3 words and doesnt care that you didnt remember them.

I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I just went through. After a full week of back‑and‑forth between my primary care provider and Dr. Amudha Perumal’s office, the referral was finally received. However, instead of moving forward, Dr. Amudha Perumal’s office sent the referral back to my primary simply because I live in Jacksonville, Florida. It’s frustrating to spend so much time coordinating paperwork only to be told they are not willing to accept a patient based on location. This caused unnecessary delays in my c... read more
