If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place is awful. I needed a form from the DMV for the DOCTOR to fill out. It could’ve been done in 60 seconds but no that’s too complicated. It’s the doctor who asks the questions the passes it off to ONE specialist who fills out that paperwork (no other “specialist”. They could’ve have hired another person), who then passes it off to another person to files to another person that calls, mails, or faxes who passes it off to another person and finally to the patient. Dr. B has been a saving grace for a few I know! I have not one complaint about him whatsoever! He's amazing!
Sadly, after having high expectations and much needed help with our unique situation we walked out feeling like it was a huge waste of our hour & a half drive. Sent a person who needs intensive rehabilitation home with an order for home health care for an hour a day, twice a week. Someone who is unable to walk, stand or be aloneand unfortunately lives alone. Spent literally 5 minutes with the doctor, never did an exam or asked him to stand or use his left side or if he was in pain. Even a call back for additional questions w... read more
As of May 27th, 2025 they had only been moved into the new building a week( Ardmore location). Don't be surprised if google maps shows Hanover grown field for sale lot. 🤣 They have an excellent staff of Dr's that made a difficult time more bearable .
