April Claxton is an A+ excellent provider, I actually switched to her after seeing a few other providers in the office. She literally saved my life by thoroughly going over my scans and getting a referral done to another Dr. She makes you feel like you are her only patient and follows through on what she says. I wish all providers were as caring and took their time to listen to the patient! I can't say enough good about this truly caring lady. Thank you April Claxton you are AMAZING!
My husband has been seeing April for almost a year now. She is the absolute worst at getting the CORRECT paperwork filled out and returned to the proper entity. She sent a whole other patients information to United Healthcare and United Healthcare called my husband accusing him of trying to commit fraud because what he was telling them was completely different than what was on the paperwork they received. If you care about your health, find a provider elsewhere. Very poor communication. Does not listen to you. Not concerned about serious life-threatening situations. Loves to find every possible thing they can find for your insurance to be billed. Charges you and your insurance for services never provided. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
