I have been trying to get in with Neuro for over year, and today was finally my appointment. They called 20 minutes before my appointment and informed me as of January 1st I needed a new referral. No one bothered to let me know until it was too late. I suffer all day everyday and this appointment was a saving grace for my mental health, now I have to find another doctor that has competent staff so I don't have to continue suffering, which will most likely be months away.
