Its a big Medical complex, and as most do, they refer you to other Doctors,on diffrent days. they all want blood work, they all want tests I have no idea why my wifes Five Doctors cant talk to each other...get the labs an tests done on the same day.. the place is clean an plenty of parking..it is convenient to have everything in the same place. I don’t understand why I bother booking an appointment through here anymore. I schedule an appointment months in advance, just to get a call the day before that they have to reschedule. You guys dropped the ball and never followed up with me like you said you would, and now you’re canceling my appointment again the day before. This is completely unprofessional and it’s some of the worst service I’ve ever had.
Leslie called me regarding a referral that my PCP sent in. She was working with me to schedule an appointment. I needed a specific day/time/location. She was very kind, easy to work with and a good listener. Dartmouth is blessed to have her.
Incorrect documentation, failure to complete an exam due to patient defects, yet everything was "normal" . ..90 minute EEG completed in under an hour....incompetent Edit to say this is for Notre Dame Pavillion Providers
