Leslie called me regarding a referral that my PCP sent in. She was working with me to schedule an appointment. I needed a specific day/time/location. She was very kind, easy to work with and a good listener. Dartmouth is blessed to have her.

In September 2021 I scheduled my follow-up appointment to see my neurologist. The soonest appointment was on Feb 7, 2022. After waiting for months for this appointment this location did not allow me to wear my p100 respirator mask. They insisted I needed to wear their useless surgical masks. I offered to put theirs on top of mine. I was not allowed in and I felt very discriminated. After waiting for 5 months for an appointment for our son, we received a call from the office less than a week before the appointment saying that the "doctor wouldn't be there," no other explanation. They said they would need to reschedule, and that the earliest available they'd have is another 5 months from now! They were completely rude and apologetic.
