Update: The doctor is great. His personality may seem a bit blunt to some, but he's actually pretty funny and knows what he's doing. I enjoyed our visits and he made a new discovery after years of dealing with pain. He ordered the right tests and I finally got answers. The bad thing is the office communication. Dr Vu is a great Doctor! He listens and really try’s to help!
Dr. Vu is very friendly, pleasant Doctor ready to help and listens to YOU. He Genuinely cares about your health and well-being. Dr. Vu is straight forward, no games, tells it like it is. Some people may find that to be intimidating because they’ve had experiences or conversations being sweet and not genuine.
Toan Vu is an excellent neurologist. He has a wonderful sense of humor and cares for his patient. I wish I could say the same for the women who work for him. They will not answer the phone and when you get on the phone with them they will treat you like you're bothering them. I recently got a referal from my PCP to come see Toan again, and was told my referal was not valid.
