Terrible experience. Dr. Koganti is unprofessional, disrespectful, aggressive and rude. During my 10 mins visit, she interrupted me while I was talking, when I wanted to show my bruise to her, she barely looked at it like she didn’t care. She then stormed out of the room like she was in a hurry while I was actually still talking. Knowing that I was in immense pain, she did not submit my prescription until I had to call them to remind them of it after more than 24 hours. She prescribed a corticosteroid medicine. Warning: this place is NOT handicap friendly. If pushing a wheelchair or using a walker, there is no automatic door. You need to hold the door open as you struggle through. They have multiple rugs that are dog eared and almost caused multiple people to trip. The couches are very low to the ground and hard to raise from. The exam rooms have a plastic "ghost chair" that isn't friendly for overweight people. I had some negative experiences at this office and left a different review on google about those, so this is an edit of my previous review. Dr. Koganti had the courtesy to call me, apologize, and explain that she was having some staffing difficulties at her office and that she hopes to make changes to procedures going forward to improve overall experiences. Although I didn't always feel it, I believe she does care about her patients' experiences and providing the best care possible.
