Horrible experience. Very dismissive and cold medical assistants. By the time you would see the doctor, you would already be walking out of this place in disgust with the staff. Speaking to the staff on the phone, they are very unwelcoming and apathetic with their patients. I would not refer anyone to make an appointment here. Medical assistants are uninformed on insurance policies and lack the ability to look up general information. The staff is not helpful and will happily send you on your way unmoved. Tried to schedule an appointment for my father with dementia. He was turned away very rude and unethically. Practices at this office are improper and the staff are negligent. These are all of the things you do not want your medical staff to be when they are responsible for the care of your loved ones! I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone! Medical assistants here are unprofessional and incompetent! Instead of speaking like medical professionals, they speak like 5th graders. There is NO office manager at this practice, medical assistants get handed the phone when you ask to speak to a manager. The staff here are rude and the doctor leaves the medical assistants to run the entire office, I was told that the doctor is the only manager and he does not handle insignificant issues.
