You fill out a paper that asks why you’re there and he doesn’t read it. He did not allow me to speak. He has a heavy accent and at times is hard to understand. I think the rest of the reviews speak for themselves, if you have epilepsy or neurological issues do NOT waste your limited time. He will not listen to what you say at all. I have had a new neurologist for some time but I cannot even go to the emergency room he works at (alton memorial hospital) during seizure clusters because i will be sent home within a half an hour on his accord if i do not have a seizure on the spot to prove it. I saw him over a year ago because I have developed a stutter. I explained everything to the nurse who seemed very concerned and asked me lots of questions. The doctor came is and pushed around on my jaw and told me I have TMJ and walked out..I don’t want to go to him again but because I went to him ONE TIME they won’t let me switch doctors..I’m already nervous about my appointment because of the bad experience I had last time..hopefully he’ll help me figure out what’s going on this time..😞
Rude, dr is dismissive and says things like "if you do a disappearing act I refuse to treat you" what kind of disappearing act you said my pcp can prescribe my meds that I don't need to come back . Then claim patient hasn't come back? I'm sorry I lived 3 hrs away. Maybe the dr needs to rethink the field he went into or maybe it's more bout the $$$$ for him.
