Neurology Associates has severe problems with its administrative staff. I have shown up for two scheduled appointments and never was allowed to see the doctor. Avoid this clinic! As a brain tumor with many medical appointments, I've created a generic check in form with all my basic contact and insurance information. On March 1, 2018, the office manager told me that I would not be allowed to see Dr. North if I did not duplicate my form onto their form. This was the second time this staff member harassed me.
