Impossible to get a hold of people in the office, and when you do they are rude. I was very unhappy with Dr. Tesfa and asked to change doctors, since I had a referral for someone else in the practice after originally giving up on them, and they refused to allow that. This was after playing phone tag for ages where they would insist I leave a message for a nurse, wait two weeks for her to call me back, and then never connect with her. Ridiculous.
