My wife met with Dr Alavarez in November of last year. She ordered an EEG for my wife. She did the cognative test with her in February. We met with her again on March the 4th. She could not find the results of the EEG. She said she would find them and call her to rerview the results. This never happened. Dr. Alvarez also ordered a pet scan for my wife. The insurance would only approve a peer to peer but she denied. This has been a horrible experience and even getting copies of her records was a very unpleasant experience. B... read more
