Love the office staff and NP Alicia, to the moon and back. Dr McDonald himself does not listen, speaks before the patient answers and is very rushed to get on way not verifying the patient is still waiting to understand. In the hospital I was his patient . When he came to get me ready for surgery I was crying from pain, anxiety and fear. He basically told be get myself together because I was making late. I have been a patient of Dr. McDonnell for 10+years. For several years there have been issues with scheduling and billing not assigning my copay correctly. Recently , Dr. McDonald office forgot to bill insurance for a visit and when they finally did 8 months later, they did not get paid because they did not get a prior auth. So now they refuse to treat me until I pay in full or insurance pays.
