I am very frustrated, I am unable to come to my appointment and I can’t get through on their phone number or text message to cancel the appointment I call their number and it asks to press certain numbers for what you need help with and I’ve tried over 20 times to press one, and even tried saying one, and it’s just not responding. I've seen quite a few drs in my life time. Dr Glenn was very informative. My husband was very satisfied with the the dr that was helping her. Dr Campbell was his name. He was very respectful and made sure he got the answers correct to tye questions he asked me. He wanted to make sure he understood what I was explaining to him. This dr is going to go places. He has great bed side manner and cares for the patient. I hope working together we can get to the cause of my issues.
In person, great care, but if you have an issue with scripts or need to get a message to the team outside the clinic? Good luck. They never return my calls and now I’ve been another month without my prescription.
Was seen on December 19th after an ER referral. Dr Jerad Hershewe did not listen to me when I said I have had a migraine since November 21. He was interested in my history only not my current health. Not to mention he is extremely hard to get a hold of. Called everyday since January 2nd to finally get a call back on the 7th. When he called he insisted on prescribing the same medication I have taken and proven non effective for my treatment. He stated I need an MRI but only if I go back to the ER for migraine.
