My office visit was with NP Deja Davis. I was well pleased. She was very polite, informative, listened carefully and asked if I had questions. I had no questions because she was so thorough. Delighted that my appointment was with her.

These ratings are crazy. Dr. Rajiv B. Nanavaty and his staff are awesome. From the front desk to the exam room. I've had zero issues.

Customer service lacks, stuck me with needles in my wrist that did nothing for me. The doctor was rude and just unpleasant to deal with. Never again. Yall should just close the doors and never open again.

Dee and Morgan at the front desk were absolutely wonderful — friendly, helpful, professional, and compassionate from start to finish. Dawn in billing was also incredibly patient and made a frustrating process much easier to understand through the unfortunate miscommunication. Unfortunately, my experience with Kim ( the harbor view location administrator) was very different. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Whoever was at the front desk this afternoon was extremely rude, the tone of her voice sounded as if she was irritated, and upon trying to explain the issue to her she kept cutting me off the entire time and kept repeating the same thing. She was not helpful at all and her customer service was horrible. Please get someone else at the front desk that knows how to speak to people because I was respectful to her the entire call.
