I wasted a whole year for the service of this office and doctor and they did render the services for me that was recommended. I had the 1st appt. on Oct. 24, 2024, was examined for neuropathy, sciatic nerve damage which has been confirmed. The doctor recommended for my next appt. that I would be tested to see how bad I had it. My next appt. for this procedure was scheduled on March 5, called the office many times to cancel due to snow. I have been a patient for a number of years. I had 2 back surgeries recently and I could not keep my appointment. I called the day before and left them a voicemail about needing to reschedule it. I got a voicemail the next morning that if I did not keep that appointment, they would be charging me a $50 no show fee. I called back to try to explain why I could not come, but was still told I would have to pay $50 if I did not come today.

When I let a doctor know that the pain I had was affecting my daily life instead of being a neurologist she asked if she can recommend a psychiatrist. Very strange advice from a NP. Immediately found a new doctor and actually getting help. Don’t waste your time here. Follow up spoke to the office today on 9/23 and they said sorry that is not the answer that you wanted to hear instead of addressing the issue. Horrible doctors and apparently front desk no accountability.

On Tuesday, September 10, I had a follow-up appointment related to a nerve study and was also due for a prescription refill. The medication I take for my pain (which is a 10/10 without it) requires gradual tapering when discontinued. The prescription was supposed to be sent to my pharmacy at my appointment, as that was the last day of medication I had on hand. I was referred here by the VA and had a scheduled appointment on June 26. I was originally skeptical because of the reviews, but between calling them and on the day of my appointment, everything seemed good. The staff was friendly to me and I was seen in a decent time.
