I was told by my Primary Physician to see a Neurologist. I wasn't in pain, so he asked why I was there.

I asked the doctor NOT to give me shots of Prednisone because I have been told by previous doctors that I have had too much and my chances of Crohn's disease are too high. He told me that he was my doctor and if I was going to make my own decisions on my health issues, then I could write my own prescriptions since I knew more than him. His ego is bigger than his salary.
