I was treated like a piece of garbage, the nurse called everyone but me, then said I didn't have the right referral.This happened 2 times in 2 weeks.They told me to go home and call my insurance company, then they got mad . Because they kept me on the phone when they called Guttis office to try to fix this. They tried to lie out of this. But told ins.co.it was ok, made the 2nd appt. This doctor is a joke. I went to this clinic to get help with possible seizures and was told I couldn’t have multiple seizures in a day or a seizure everyday, that it was most likely anxiety/panic disorder. I was later finally heard from a knowledgeable doctor and diagnosed with epilepsy.

Waited 2 hours for a room and then once called to the back I waited another 45mins. The doctor comes in and no apologies just starts talking. She cant understand me when i was talking, she kept interrupting me to repeat what I just said. So unprofessional, will NOT recommend save your time and go somewhere else! Will never go here again.

The place is super dirty and smells awful. Waited hour and half for a room and then once called to the back I notice the nurses were just hanging out having lunch. So unprofessional, will NOT recommend save your time and go somewhere else!
