Tried to get an appointment online, never heard back. Called and left a voicemail, didn't get a call back. Tried calling back a few hours later and they put me on hold for 10 mins. Called once again, no answer, called again straight to voicemail. Pretty sure the phones got disconnected. Unprofessional at it's finest.
I went to another neurologist that specialized in migraines for many years and continued to suffer. After doing a lot of research on migraine specialists, I found Dr. Randolph Evans and it has made a night and day difference. I still get an occasional migraine but nothing like before and they are truly managed so I can generally go about my life. He is always up to date on the latest treatments, research, efficacy, side effects, etc. If you're a migraine sufferer in Houston, I can't recommend Dr. Evans enough.
I did not want to give this office the one star, but there was no option for 0. I called to make an appointment, nothing but voice mail, so I left a message to call me to set up an appointment. We'll, that was 2 weeks ago. I guess no one works there.
Dr Evans is a great neurologist.
