I have been seeing Dr. Nwosu & her PA for almost 4 years now. She is one of the rare doctors who listens to you and makes sure your concerns are heard. We have moved away from the Fort Worth area but I gladly make the 45 min drive back to her office twice a year. I also want to note that the Clinical Neuroscience office is always clean, friendly, and fast!
Takes time to listen
Waited 2 months to be called back about referral. Every time I called I had to leave a message and never got a call back. Sat on hold for 23 minutes today to be hung up on. Good thing I didn't need medical attention!
I have been trying to call her office for four days now. No answering machine. No front office. Nothing. I don't know about you, but I refuse to see a doctor that I can't get in touch with.
Dr. Nwosu is a fabulous person and physician!! She is an amazing listener and offers great insight and advice!!
