The doctor and staff at this clinic are all rude and clearly do not care about their patients. If the doctor tells you if you have symptoms to email her right away, it is pointless because they won't even reply to you. You also have to contact them just to get test results. And when you call them, they act like you are annoying them. We are talking about people's lives here. This place is an absolute joke and would recommend if you are referred here, ASK TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
I have been waiting for my test results since August of 2024. I was first told the transcriptionist was sick. I started following up on a monthly basis with no results. The voice mail asks you not to leave additional messages...if you would take care of the clients they wouldn't have to leave multiple messages. If I get no response to my request, I will be making a formal complaint with the College of Physicians and Surgeons.
