Clinical Staff have been very good. Office staff is among the worst I’ve ever had to experience. I really don’t think the office help has a clue what kind of business they are in. No follow through. No effort to understand reason for call or assistance needed. I would not recommend this practice until they dramatically improve their office staff skill set. Being bilingual does not mean anything if you don’t have a clue what you are doing. STAY AWAY!
