After calling several other Doctor offices I was so happy with the excellent experience I received with Dr. Syed Asad, DR. Asad demonstrated strong knowledge and took the time to listen carefully, explain things clearly, and ensure I felt comfortable with my care. I would give a -1 if the option is available. In all my years as a social worker and caregiver have I experienced such rude and incompetent front desk staff. There is no empathy for caregivers that are new to insurance matters related to seniors. The staffs demeanor is cold and lacks the compassion expected of medical professionals. I never got a chance to meet an actual doctor; however, I feel the bad behavior exhibited by the front line staff is likely reflected in the business practice model implemented by the owners.
