Dr. Horn is definitely an expert on spinal disorders and treatments. I have had surgery on my cervical and lumbar spine areas due to degenerative disc disease and I do not know what I would have done without him. He has been my neurosurgeon for many years now and will continue to be. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a neurosurgeon. Linda Adelman
This is the worst Dr's office I have ever dealt with. They are extremely unprofessional and have no empathy for their patients. They do not have proper follow through and are very unreliable.
