Less than a decade has passed since Cliff (and his team) attempted spinal decompression surgery on a middle-aged healthy patient with whom which I am very closely related to, and they UNQUESTIONABLY FAILED to alleviate presented symptoms or improve the quality of life. In fact, most, if not all, symptoms were worsened by Mr. Cannon's handiwork, and new symptoms such as PERMANENT NERVE DAMAGE/PARALYZATION were introduced, resulting in DISABILITY and PERMANENT PAIN.
