All of these reviews are accurate! I made an appointment to see a Doctor and was treated by a nurse practitioner. Although not what I wanted I settled for it, only to be treated like a child. The nurse practitioner has no respect for and talks down to you. She literally told me that my insurance United Healthcare was not a good insurance and I should verify with the front desk if they will continue to take it. Más de 1 año visitando al Dr. Portillo y cada vez que salgo de consulta salgo deprimida, la atención de sus asistentes es terrible, pretenden hacerme consulta en 5 min. el Dr entra y sale todo el tiempo del consultorio llamando de forma desordenada a sus asistentes, han perdido mis documentos de historial médico varias veces, el Dr jamás se recuerda mi padecimiento y lo único que consigo es puras recetas médicas, me han mandado a hacer exámenes de sangre, me los he hecho y ellos me vuelven a solicitar dichos exámenes porque ... read more

I recently went to an appointment and I was attended by the practicing doctor and was very hostile to me making me feel guilty about a medication that was not approved by a pharmacy that they send our prescription. I feel very offended by their treatment and I think I will not return to that office. It is very unfortunate that a professional does not have empathy and respect for her patients.
