I do not recommend this office if your primary language is English. I could barely understand the provider and then after explaining my symptoms, the imaging order form didn’t even have the correct assessment I had explained so they clearly didn’t listen to me. I ignored the previous bad reviews and wish I had skipped this experience because it was a complete waste of my time.
I've been calling since 6/30/2025 to have them sen the prescription to my mail in pharmacy. A total of 20calls & finally i got through today. I'll see if they'll send the prescription to Walmart instead. I hope I can pick it up today or tomorrow. If not, I will have to call another 20 times or have them give me the prescription script
Worst customer and phone service.
We had an appointment for 9:45 AM. Another patient had one for 9 AM and it was almost 10:30 AM and that patient hadn’t been called yet. This place has a poor scheduling system and very unorganized.
