Took a friend here because they could not drive due to an accident stay clear of this office. Very unprofessional! They don’t seem to care about you at all and the staff seems like they have no idea what they are doing. When you actually speak to someone that does know what they are doing they seem to be to over worked to do their job properly. Please get on the ball so I can change your rating. I've been seeing Dr Orea for a year now and he is very knowledgeable, and compassionate. He takes the time to educate you on your condition, possible treatments, and where you will start. So you never feel alone, frightened, or confused. The staff are kind and courteous, always answering any questions with great care. They are are professional as well, following rules and guidelines. I have not been seen yet, but I needed to make a comment due to the experience of one review from a week ago. The person complained of not being able to get an appointment. I just wanted to say that I have not had any issues making an appointment, and rescheduling due to a family emergency. The ladies that answered the phone were all very kind and seemed to genuinely care.
