Dr Bogave is an outstanding Dr and an entire year ago , I scheduled my appointment with him. To my surprise, I was seeing a NP who walked in looked at computer and said “ there’s no change in your tumor. We will see you in 3 years. I stated it had gotten bigger. He then looked at the computer again. And says “ we will see you in 3 years”. He didn’t address any of my symptoms. My VA psychiatrist recommended one of the neurologists who works here, so I gave the clinic a call and asked if they took TriWest. I was told they did, as long as a referral was put in. My PCM (civilian physician) submitted a referral for me. Weeks went by, heard nothing. Called them, and they told me “oh yeah we revived the referral, but we don’t take your insurance. Sorry.” And that was the end of the call. They can’t call? Leave an automated voicemail for all I care, but at least let me know I can’t be seen. I’m tired of ... read more
