I jave been seeing Dr Jacques for over 35 years with great service everytime, until Pa Chee the rude entitled person at the desk had to invoke her entitlement towards me about my insurance card having my wifes name on it vs my name on it, 3 othe M Health Fairview places in last 10 days HAD NO PROBLEM taking this card snd letting me see the Dr, but not this person who takes her job far to serious and wouldn't just stop the negative conversation until she got her last word! She should really think of another profession
I come here to see my neurologist I have seen her for many years, she is really good.
They do their best not a cure or Answer for everything,Sometimes all we can do is wait.
Had a visit on November 08, 2024 with Renee Zasada was and she is truly heaven-sent. After weeks of frequent ER visits and bouncing from specialist to specialist, I was scheduled to see her on a whim. Although her specialty wasn't directly related to what I was experiencing, she listened to me with remarkable compassion and attention. Instead of simply referring me to yet another provider, she took the time to consult with her colleagues on-site (I believe Dr. Iqbal) about my symptoms and the best next steps.
