Although Dr. Rosenstein is a wonderful doctor doctor, most of his office staff have an attitude. Additionally, make sure you contact your insurance company to confirm that they participate in your insurance plan since the office does not check benefits, even prior to second visit and you will receive a surprise bill in the mail after paying your co-pay. Now my mom is stuck with an out of network bill.
