Never had a Doctor abruptly leave the room and say “there’s nothing more I can do!” Then told front desk I would not be scheduling anymore appointments. Literally shocked! Try anyone else!
Staff is unprofessional, argumentative, and has no communication skills
If I could give six stars I would. I've never encountered a more compassionate and genuinely caring doctor than Dr. Hanna. She takes the time to truly listen, making you feel heard and understood. Dr. Hanna goes above and beyond to explain the reasons behind your concerns, offering clear and thoughtful guidance every step of the way. Her depth of knowledge is evident, and she handles everything with such care and empathy. I’m beyond grateful to have her as my doctor.
Unfortunately my experience was very distasteful. Try to find another caring doctor before you go here. My first appointment I was received with "Why Are You Here?" Little side note: The doctor that referred me to her stated that he was concern with some issues with the veins - that it was small constriction and could be related to migraines - So when she asked me this question I was surprise because the MRI results (Brain with Contrast) was already provided - So I explained what the other doctor had stated, her replied was ... read more
