Sad to say every time I call Silva the supervisor or person in charge of front office is the worst she really must hate her job really needs to be replaced or retried her way of customer service is way off she’s RUDE I think we just need to report them to the board.
Dr. Hanna is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met and an incredibly knowledgeable doctor. I couldn’t recommend her more. I have medical anxiety and she addressed all of my concerns patiently and kindly. You’re in good hands!!
Never had a Doctor abruptly leave the room and say “there’s nothing more I can do!” Then told front desk I would not be scheduling anymore appointments. Literally shocked! Try anyone else!
