I don't even want to give this place 1 star. My very first neurology appointment after a stroke was w Stephanie Sill. She had an attitude from the minute she walked in the room. She was extremely unprofessional, rude and condescending. She had no interest whatsoever in listening to me. She said things like, "we are not here to talk about six different things." Laura mogel is the best provider I have ever seen. She was incredibly thorough, patient, and personable.
I was rendered a service and I gained Medicaid. When I originally called the Billing department, I gave them both my Medicaid number and my MCO number. The first billing representative chose to only take down my MCO and not Medicaid number. She gave me a time of 30-45 days to wait and after 60 days I called because I still hadn't received a refund. When I called the second time the representative told me they never ran the insurance and she would have to run it and I would have to wait another 30-45 days. So someone told me ... read more
