I have nothing positive to say about this practice. I had an appointment in December that I was at the office waiting for & someone came to let me know my Dr was running an hour & half behind. I had to pick up my child, so I left without being seen. I was rescheduled with a different Dr (Ahmed) since mine was scheduled 6 months out. This time, I drove out in the beginning of a snowstorm to ensure I was seen for migraines/refills, to be told the Dr had not arrived (20 mins behind my scheduled appt). Office is horrible. I called to cancel my appointment waited for 45 min then got a call back that immediately hung up. Called again and waited 50 minutes more just to cancel my appointment. This is off the chart unacceptable. At the end of my last visit I waited 15 minutes while being ignored. I finally interrupted a lady looking at her computer to get checked out. How can you run a business like this?
This place is a JOKE. Im a new patient here (currently sitting in the waiting room) for my follow up appointment (so only my 2nd appt here.) Dr Ahmed is horrible. My first appt he was OVER an hour and a half late and when he did come to the room, no apologies whatsoever for being late and wasting my time. This review is for Dr. Mogel ! I love the friendly staff in the front ! But I wanted to change providers due to my previous one there she just wasn’t a lot of help for someone with a new diagnoses and I was very unpleased and unhappy I did not want to go to my appointments because visits with her were pointless however when I say Dr.Mogel stepped in and did her thing in less than a week I am so happy ! My wife was scheduled for her first time appointment which was scheduled for 12/20/2024. A day before the appointment My wife received a phone call from the doctors office canceling her appointment. When attempting to reschedule the appointment she was advised the earliest she can be seen is June 2025 six months later. My wife have been dealing with extreme migraines for years and can not afford to wait for a total of a year which would make it that long if waiting till June.
