No long wait time I was called to the back before 11, was out be fore 1130. The receptionist was patient with me. The nurse answered what questions she could if she didn't know, she didn't guess she told me the dr would be the best person to ask. The doctor actually listens and takes notes and explained everything so I had a better understanding of my condition
Office has really gone down hill. Huge scheduling conflict and they canceled my appointment I booked a year ago because the doctor’s schedule changed. They knew about the change for 3 months and called me a week out from my appointment and told me that I had to come in that day or be seen a month later. Then I arrived (with 2 hours notice for an appointment) and they told me the doctor was running over an hour behind. Completely unacceptable and no accountability from the scheduling team.
Office staff and Dr was very welcoming and considerate. Office was also very clean!! Highly recommend this office!!
I referred my Uncle go this group, now I wish I hadnt. Awful experience. My Uncle has had prior back surgeries. He fell on his face and within a week lost use of right leg, numbness on right side of face and right arm. It's been FIVE months and still NO game plan. The doctor wanted a MRI on lower back. We felt that wasnt where the problem was but Doc said it could be comimg from the lower back! We went forward, did what doctor recommended. No issues with lower back. Doc suggested PT!
