Well first of all im trying to make an appointment with this doctor for the first time I've been trying to reach this office and i can't cause your phone number says your phone number has been disconnected or no longer in service is there another phone number for this office thank you your the only one that takes my innsurance in Toms River and it says your open how can you make an appointment when the phone number is disconnected or its no longer in service is there another phone number to call
I just called the Drs office to ask a SIMPLE, elementary question about billing, and the receptionist, Lucille was very rude to me.....talked down to me like I was nothing....she didn't understand what I was trying to say! I am very upset right now. I'm considering finding a different neurologist, although I like Dr Monastersky.
