Dr jackson has treated me and my family for years I have the upmost respect for her and her staff wonderful place love her
Very good place. Staff is very nice and the Doctor is very thorough, wants you to get the best experience and wants you to know whats going on. So with that being said, the wait time to be seen and While your being seen is long. But it is worth it. But they need to edit the times that they have online. Just so nobody else will be confused. The phone recording says they open up at 9am. However, Online it says they open up at 9:30. And the receptionist says they open at 9:30. Please fix and change online opening time to 9:30.
Dr. Jackson didn't treat me with the respect that her patients deserve and was somewhat rude!
Unless this place has gotten better not many people have put what they really think. The times I went I would be there for three to four hours and then my appointments would get canceled and not be called or notified and no one would return my calls when asked why the office was not open or why my appointment got cancelled . Staff was friendly but thst doesn't make a business.
