Had a grandma seizure Nov. 11, 2018. I know it was just seven years ago, but I have been furious ever since. All I remember complaining about is my back. He decided that it was just pulled muscles and never exude my back. Was only kept for observation, never officially admit it. The seizure was a Sunday afternoon and released Monday. My husband got me up Thursday morning. No, memory of that whole time. Back hurting so bad I couldn't move. Went to a different neurologist for follow up. Had to see a cardiologist to get cleared... read more

This office is so hard to get a hold of!! I would have telehealth appointments and they would never on time. There were many occasions where I'd wait for a call and they wouldn't even give me notice that the Doctor was running late and appointments typically resulted in being cancelled or delayed. Both the staff and Doctor are extremely forgetful and have no consideration or proper communication.

Unfriendly staff, appointment was at 12 they were literally an hour behind and the girls at front desk didnt bother to say they were behind instead when asked why are they left they gave rude looks and said doctors running behind. When with the doctor the doctor tried to force my dad to take a pill in front her which is totally illegal. She kept pressuring him to take the pill. Zero stars for the rudeness and lack of doctor knowledge. I dont even know how people like her become doctors.

I had to have my IM office go to their office and let them know they have a full voicemail and whoever she was speaking to acknowledged it. This is terrible bedside manner to me! At times I'm not getting calls about my results and I can... read more
